REALTORS® Relief Foundation Announces Relief Grant to Aid Flooding Victims in Washington State

Recent flooding in Washington State has caused major damage to homes and disrupted countless lives. If your primary residence was affected, the REALTORS® Relief Foundation (RRF) is offering financial assistance to help you recover. 

The REALTORS® Relief Foundation is a nonprofit organization created by Realtors® to provide housing‑related support when disaster strikes. Its mission is simple: when individuals and families face devastation from natural disasters whether floods, fires, hurricanes, or other emergencies RRF steps in to help meet basic housing needs and ease the financial strain. Importantly, 100% of all donations go directly to disaster relief efforts because the National Association of REALTORS® covers all administrative costs. 

This assistance can be used for mortgage payments, rental costs if you’ve been displaced, hotel reimbursement while your home is uninhabitable, and other immediate housing needs caused by flood damage. 

Who Qualifies for Assistance?

To be eligible for the REALTORS® Relief Foundation grant:

• You must be a full‑time resident of the impacted area in Washington.

• Your primary residence must have suffered damage from the flooding.

• You’ll need to provide required documentation that verifies your address, the damage, and your need for assistance. 

Washington’s flooding events over the past months have triggered multiple relief efforts at the state and nonprofit level, and this RRF grant adds another important avenue of support for residents who may be struggling with housing costs or displacement. 

How to Apply

Before you apply, review the required documentation to ensure you have everything needed. Then submit your application through the official RRF portal which is linked on the Washington REALTORS® site no later than March 13, 2026.
